Our Grand Hydrangea door wreath is a lovely way to greet your guests.   Starting with a vine base, we then added lots of silk hydrangeas in blue, lavender and green, and accented them with greens and berries.  One of my favorite flowers, it will take you from Spring through the Fall seasons.
