*If I don't have PayPal, can I use my credit card?
Don't have a PayPal account - no problem - PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
*Is Paypal safe to use?
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.
*What if I receive the wrong product?
For Gift Baskets: If we have shipped the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of date product is received by e-mail at support@theshopforgiftbaskets.com for instructions on where to return it.
For Home Decor & Gifts: If we have shipped the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of date product is received by e-mail at support@theshopforgiftbaskets.com for instructions on where to return it.
*If for some reason I change my mind on a product, can I return it?
You have 3 days from the date product is received to return product. Again you will need authorization to return. We will refund the cost of the product less a 20% re-stocking fee. We refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. See our Store Policies page for more information.
*When will my order be shipped?
Orders are accepted and shipped to the continental United States only. Our warehouse will ship your order within 2- 3 business days - and often in as little as 24 hours. We use both UPS and FedEx. UPS is the preferred shipper, with ground service the normal shipping method. Allow 7 - 10 days for delivery.
*Can my order be expedited?
Orders can be expedited at a higher cost for shipping. You still need to include 1 - 2 days for order processing. Contact us at support@theshopforgiftbaskets.com for additional information.
*Will SALES TAX be charged to my order?
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped in Massachusetts. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Massachusetts.
